Category: How-to Guides
Learn how FiGPiN Mystery Mini blind boxes work, what to expect from Series 3 Sonic the Hedgehog, and key pre-order steps to avoid common mistakes.
Quick answer
Pre-order FiGPiN Mystery Mini Series 3 Sonic the Hedgehog pins from OR Anime, knowing you'll receive one random character per blind box. Follow these steps to secure your order, understand rarity, and avoid common blind-box pitfalls.
What is a FiGPiN Mystery Mini blind box?
FiGPiN Mystery Mini pins come in sealed blind boxes, so you won't know which character you get until you open it. Series 3 Sonic the Hedgehog includes common characters like Sonic (Y977), Tails (Y978), Knuckles (Y979), and Amy (Y980), plus uncommon and rare variants. Each box contains one randomized enamel pin.
Pre-order window and timing
This item is a PRE-ORDER with a release date of August 2026. Pre-ordering early guarantees your allocation, but you won't receive the item until after release. If you need a pin sooner, wait for in-stock items instead.
Rarity and duplicates
Since each blind box is random, you may receive duplicates if you order multiple. If you're collecting a full set, consider trading with other collectors or buying from secondary markets after release. No single box guarantees a full set.
How to pre-order your FiGPiN Mystery Mini Series 3 Sonic pin
- 1. Add to cart: Navigate to the FiGPiN Mystery Mini Series 3 Sonic the Hedgehog Enamel Pin product page on OR Anime and click 'Add to Cart' for the quantity you want. Remember, each unit is one blind box. Common mistake: ordering 1 box expecting a specific character. You get a random pin, not a choice.
- 2. Choose display option if available: If the product offers a 'Display' option, you may be able to purchase a full case or display box that contains multiple blind boxes. This can help you get a better variety, but it still does not guarantee every character. Check the product page for option types. Not all listings include a display case.
- 3. Complete checkout: Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm the order. Since this is a PRE-ORDER, your payment will be processed now, but the item ships after the August 2026 release date. Checkpoint: verify your shipping address is correct and that you're comfortable with the pre-order timeline before finalizing.
- 4. Wait for release: After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email. OR Anime will ship the item once it arrives from the manufacturer, typically around the release date. Track your order status online. Be patient – pre-order dates can shift. Set a calendar reminder for August 2026 to follow up if you haven't received a shipping update.
